Terms of Service

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for your team members’ use of your workspace. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Services.

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice. Free plans are offered as-is and may have usage limits.

You retain ownership of the content you upload (cards, contacts, messages, media, and more). You grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the Services. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you add and for complying with applicable laws.

You agree not to misuse the Services. In particular, you must not:

• send spam, unlawful, deceptive, or harassing messages;
• upload malware or attempt to breach security or another tenant’s data;
• infringe intellectual property or privacy rights;
• scrape, resell, or reverse-engineer the Services; or
• use the Services to build a competing product.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

The Services let you connect third-party tools (calendars, social platforms, payments, and more). Your use of those tools is governed by their terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.

We work to keep the Services reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. On termination, your right to use the Services ends, and we may delete your data after a reasonable period.
